Antares is one of the biggest flagship shopping mall in Ankara, the capital city of Turkey, surrounded over 180 popular prestigious brands and premium quality products shops. M.POS Terminal and our local partner's Customer Relation Management solution have been chosen by Antares to carry the best Loyalty Solution.
"Antares Kart" has been launched and deployed since May 2009. Card members can shop and pay by simply wave or tap their Antares Kart at the M.POS contactless terminal, and instantly earn bonus points, cash rebate, lucky draw, gift redemption, promotions and discount.
All loyalty point transactions are managed from the Shopping Mall Administration via a user-friendly web browser interface. All data are collected for further analysis and future promotional reference. This Loyalty Solution allows Antares to manage and learn about individual or consolidate transactions database. It captures sales and business metrics such as revenue growth and competitive information, which becomes an incentive business tools for improving customer loyalty and bringing customer back to the mall again.
